I’m so glad you are here!

My name’s Lori, and I am a 50+ woman, just like you. (Truth is, I’ve had a few years already go by as a 50+ woman. Call me experienced in that regard!)

Have I always been a self-care champion? No, I haven’t. In fact, much of the content you’ll find here was inspired by my own journey toward confidence and self-love.
