Note: These are podcasts for a positive mindset (a way of experiencing life). Read this post for podcasts for happiness (a transient feeling). Similar, yes – but not quite the same!

Do you listen to podcasts?  They’ve been incredibly popular for several years now. Until recently I avoided them because I was a self-proclaimed “visual” learner – what a mistake!  I’ve learned my lesson – now I can’t seem to get enough of them!
